Our Approach
Engaging the Whole Person
At SOMA, integrative mental health is not a buzzword, it is a clinical philosophy. We combine verbal processing with mindfulness, expressive practices, and somatic awareness to engage the whole person in the therapeutic process. Every session is informed by the understanding that healing happens not just through insight, but through the body, the breath, and the nervous system working together.
